         <description><![CDATA[<div>I discovered which masterpiece was near or around artist that made him happy.I will tell you about the most beautiful muse. Story about Botticelli and Simonetta Vespucci. Simonetta was considered the most beautiful woman in Florence. Everyone admired her. Including Botticelli. Botticelli melted from her beauty in the distance. But not for long. She died at 23 from consumption. She never posed for the master - he always recreated her image from memory. Also many works were written even after death. She continued to inspire Botticelli. <br><br></div><div>Time after time he painted her face in the form of Venus, then Madonna. From every picture she looks at us, beautiful Simonetta. He dresses her up in beautiful clothes, unravels the braid hair with a pearl, gently draws a slightly snub nose, marks a mysterious smile of seduction and a mysterious dream on her lips. Her high forehead seems to him the forehead of the seer, and childishly touching facial expression and eyes, radiating hope, cause awe of tenderness. <br><br></div><div>She made Botticelli happy and inspired to create such masterpieces. Her beauty amazes the modern viewer. Because it fits to our ideas of the beautiful. <br>The artist's muse was his beloved woman who brought him happiness. And how can viewers feel happiness looking at these masterpieces?<br><br></div><div>Contemplation soothes and even heals. One research found that looking at landscapes speeds up the healing process after surgery. Art has the power to free us from thoughts that are repeated every day, to break bad habits, to get rid of anxiety.  <br><br></div><div>Any kind of art - intellectual or decorative - makes us think. Spreads boundaries, trains the brain, learns to understand and ponder. It is not just entertainment or momentary joy. It is happiness in a deeper sense.<br><br></div><div>Studies have shown that when we contemplate works of art, we stimulate the motor cortex - the part of the brain that controls body movements. We do not just see the object, but feel it with every cell. We feel the pictures as if through us all over the body passes happiness and pleasure.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Many psychologists say that spirituality helps to become a free person and helps to achieve a goal in life.  <br>There are world religions. They include Buddhism, Islam, Christianity. There are also Abrahamic religions. They include  Judaism, Non-Evrarian Judaism, Catholicism, Orthodoxy, Protestantism, Antitrinitarii, Gnosticism, Babism, Rastafarianism, Mandaeans.<br>I am not religious person, but this doesn't mean that I am not open-minded and happy. As for me, I know such situations when belief in God gives calm and a sence of piece.<br>In my opinion, religion has great benefits for many people.</div><div>Thanks to spirituality people become clear, free and kind.</div><div>"You can't believe in God until you believe in yourself".</div>]]></description>

         <title>Happiness is in chemistry </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Happiness is a chemical reaction of our organism, that arises up due to the special hormones under the name endorphins. Id est hormone of happiness.<br>The more such hormones produced in the human body, the happier their owner. In general, endorphin is group of biochemical compounds naturally produced in the brain and capable of blocking pain, similar to certain narcotic substances, and determine the emotional state of a person.<br>These neurotansmitters of a brain allow to feel a high after jog or other physical activity. Besides regular physical exercises, a great way to stimulate production of endorphins is laughter. It is proved that even expectation of laughter, for example, the anticipation of  a comedy show or ridicolous event, increases the level of endorphins. Therefore, leaving the house, do not forget sense of humour.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Scientists from Great Britain and Austria found out that cheerful music makes us see happy faces everywhere. They played funny or sad musical fragments to people. Right after the melody, a face appeared on the computer screen, and people evaluated his emotional state on a 7-point scale.<br><br>It turned out that after listening a funny piece of music, people much more often estimate neutral and even sad faces as funny.<br><br>It can lift your mood for that moment no doubt, but it might not make you happier because happiness is a state, not an emotion. Pleasure, joy and excitement, for example, are emotions that can be spurred by listening to 'happy music'. However, happiness is related to many aspects and music is only one of them.Music can never make you happy, but can stimulate you to actions that will bring happiness into your life. For example, if you do some work reluctantly, you do not like this work, then music can elevate your mood at the moment and do process more enjoyable.Our brain simply focuses on the mood of the music and in response reproduces the same mood.<br> Music accompanies us through life and is only the components of such an extensive concept as happiness.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Perhaps it’s safe to say that most people want to be happy. They want to actually enjoy being here in this big, crazy, confusing world. But too many people struggle with being happy. They can’t seem to find happiness in life. To them, it is something that doesn’t come naturally to a lot of people, to be quite blunt. Fortunately, there are plenty of strategies people can use to create happiness, or at least strive for it. It really depends on one’s conviction to be always be happy, to have gratitude even when it is difficult to find, having the right people in one’s life, and a person having a job – or at least a hobby – that they feel good about doing, that somehow brings meaning, direction, and purpose into their lives. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Everyone once asked myself what is happiness.  But in the concept of happiness, we all put a different meaning, for some happiness is love, others believe that wealth and money, and others will answer that health and life. Everyone defines it for himself, and this is the only universal recipe for how to become happy.  Happiness is those moments of life when all your dreams, aspirations and expectations suddenly come true. Happiness can reach us anytime, anywhere. I'm sure, that exactly literature more than anything shows us what happiness is. I learned from literature, that a person understands what true happiness is just hitting a difficult or hopeless situation. For example war or disease. I think, that all fiction is built for happiness. But it is either not long, or even worse - with a lethal end. I hope, all of you read the most popular poem by Gogol- "Overcoat". <br>1.Akaki becomes happy when he finally gets a new coat. A new overcoat is almost the only thing he so sincerely wanted. <br>2.We will find a happy character in Pushkin’s novel Eugene Onegin. This is the poet Vladimir Lensky. He put his whole soul into his poems, and doing what he loved, all the more, creativity, makes a person happy.<br>3.Everyone has their own happiness. If we recall the tale of James Barry "Peter Pan", then we will see that the main character enjoys childhood.<br>4.Happiness implies a beloved creature nearby, and not always a person. In the story of Turgenev "Mumu" dumb Gerasim becomes happy only when there is a faithful dog with him.<br>Happiness is in all of us. Only not everyone wants to find him and "pull" out.</div>]]></description>

Depressed and unhappier people usually have lost of problems they are unlucky in everything<br>    A human's level of happiness in linked to Thais genetic makeup according to a researcher who carried out work I this area.<br>    What should we do to think  positive phychogically? We should concentrateon positive thoughts and experience where we got love  joy happiness. We also should focus on positive behouroer like gratitude doing sports eating healthy and tasty food<br>   I know  former main chemicals in the brain that influence our happiness:<br>^dopamine<br>^oxytocin<br>^serotonin<br>^endorphins<br>To get all of these chemicals we should eat the right food do sports do arts watch pleasant things communication with the right people sleep deeply.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our happiness is like a broken mirror .You must find the piece to remake  it .<br>Art is one of the big pieces. When you are making art you transport themself in another dimention .You are here but your brain is on the field smelling flowers , or near by the water sailing  a small boat ⛵,  you can feel the rain  that you 🖌 paiting, you can be in a forest hearing the 🐦 birds and see the stones in cristal river and if someone will talk to you , for sure you'll be scared like happened to me .<br>If you can explain that to an not artist people for sure he (her)with be happy too.Will be happy for that moment that he(her) can feel the paint like you .<br>That's why art is a big piece of happiness. 🙋<br><br></div>]]></description>
