I will never forget our Beko FAR experience, Ivan hope you would agree. Albeit small but the experience was so good while working with you. You are always devoted, hardworking and loyal towards work. I was hoping for many more projects with you.

First, i just want to say that i really appreciate you sharing with me your ~feels~ during the time you were deciding on staying or not. Thank you for trusting me and confiding with me what you were feeling and going through. And kahit wala ka na sa deloitte, I will ALWAYS BE HERE FOR U, AS IN ALWAYS. Pero ngl umiyak talaga ako when you messaged me that you talked to sir, lowkey crying din now as I'm writing this HAHAHAHA

Okay next work wise, when Ivan said that you were one of the people that makes him stay sa orange, I 110% agree with him. I guess since we started together I've grown attached to you HAHAHA. I would say, for my firdt job you were like my security blanket as i slowly eased into the working life. I knew i could count on you to help and guide me. I could be myself and go to ask about the most babaw questions and i never feel judged. You were always my go to person about everything and anything, whether it was for a new hire requirement or for an emgagement. Thank you for all the patience you have given to me and the team. Thank you for all the hardwork you have put in just to make sure we deliver. Thank you for the time spent in teaching the team and me on certain terms and topics, ESPECIALLY ME WHEN IT COMES TO ACCOUNTING THINGS. I could have never asked for a better TL/AM to have worked under and with. Even though you were only with us for a short amount of time, I have learned so much from you, both in technical and soft skills.

As a person, you are one of the kindest, most gentle soul i have ever met 🥺 you are honestly sunshine as well. You are so amazing that i would say you are one of my role models. I aspire to be as kind, patience, knowledge seeking, and compassionate as you WAHHHH.

I am really gonna miss just being able to medsage you on teams. I'm going to miss random calls and chikas, and even if that call is to cram something for work like SWPB BM or NTT 1709 😂 I'll cherish all the up and downs we've gome through together and hopefully make more memories along the way. I am so grateful to have met a leader and friend like you 🤍✨

Super hindi ako nagbibiro nung kinuwento ko before na mag-reresign na sana talaga ako. Super hirap kasi talaga before dahil sa problematic team members, Co-TLs ni Eman, weird engagements, tsaka bago pa lahat ng managers din nun so baliw pa kami lahat. Nag-aabang lang talaga ako ng Orange Team saving grace nun kasi feel ko talaga mamamatay na kaming lahat.

And saving grace we got!!!!! Grabe AJ talaga I think you'd never understand just how much you saved the team from falling apart. Not only were you a super effective and approachable TL, but you really walked the talk for us so many times! Super na-appreciate ko yun kasi for the longest time, no one has been doing that here aside from Eman sometimes. Nanibago ako nang sobra nung hindi na ako gumagawa ng lahat kasi tinutulungan mo talaga kami tapos minsan ina-absorb mo pa yung associate work from us. Nahihiya nga ako before kasi omg manager gumagawa ng grunt work pero super na-inspire ako dun. I totally love your leadership style and I only hope I was able to absorb some of it so I can also become an awesome leadership figure in the future. Gulat na gulat kami ni Jen before kasi ang bilis bilis mo matapos yung mga stuff hahaha HOW TBH???? Pero I guess that really shows the wealth of your experience and how well-seasoned you have become over your career journey. Im super happy to have worked alongside an excellent professional role model like you.

I'm extremely grateful that you also became a friend. As a super friend-centric person kasi, one of my biggest fears talaga upon entering the workforce was that people might be super professional and uptight all the time and I might have to change that part of me completely. Lalo na nung nalaman namin na Manager pala yung papasok sa team namin HAHAHA natakot din kami slight. But as all saving graces save much more than what needed saving, having you lead our team has given me so much hope that my career journey will be filled with so much joy and fun also. I super agree with everything Rishi said, that you're a very approachable and charming person to whom we can confide with regarding everything - technical proficiency development, career guidance, and just life in general. Mega thanks talaga for listening to all my doubts and worries about life, and for giving me really insightful advice.

Of course we all know that Orange Team is forever and that we will never forget each other. But nonetheless, NEVER HESITATE to chat me about anything - chika, food, music, travel, aka my 4 pillars of existence, and anything, really!

Super duper sad talaga na di ka na namin makakawork huhu hope na mas mahaba pa yung time natin together. Paulit-ulit ko mang sasabihin, sobrang naappreciate ko talaga na sobrang approachable mo and willing ka talaga iexplain samin yung mga hindi namin magets and willing din makinig sa views/thoughts namin. Ang ganda nung work environment with you kasi alam mong hindi bawal magkamali and we’re learning every step of the way kasi nandiyan ka lagi to guide us. I look up to your leadership style kasi super gaan mong kawork. Lalo na sa enagagements na I was looped in na ending na and super urgent where we need to do a lot of homework din para mafinish yung engagements omgg di ako alam paano namin yun matatapos without your help!!!💖

And aside from work, naappreciate ko din yung call natin Coach AJ!! Trust you are well (hahahah).
Kidding aside, I am very happy that I got to work with you here in the Orange Team. Apart from being kind and understanding, you are friendly, approachable, and a real buddy who also happens to come from my favorite province, diga 😊 . I really wish we could have had more time working together as we were able to push through many engagements with your guidance. Thank you especially for your help with the FY2020 Sony Electronics engagement – it was hellish and a pain but we were able to push through despite our “fun” and “magical” additive approach hahahah.
As discussed previously let’s go Lomi hunting the next time we happen to be in Batangas 😊. I want to receive your insights on the best restaurants in the “Ala eh” region hahahah. You do live quite near my lola’s house after all. Also, we can also have a road trip to Batangas from Manila or vice versa one day so you can have nice company and I can practice my Batangas accent with you “ayooooon.” Also, this approach is safe in light of the pandemic era and can save us fuel and gasoline costs so I am pitching this :D
Good luck to your endeavors! I hope one day you can join your brother in New Zealand. From my experience visiting there, it is a beautiful and peaceful country filled with green fields populated with the most handsome cows in the world. It is the perfect place to retire hahaha.
