Since I've been an adult I've found myself becoming more and more of an introvert and growing up with pit-bulls my entire life, I don't think I ever expected to be a cat person. But, here I am secretly wanting a third and not wanting to turn into the crazy cat lady at 24.

I LOVE healthy food. I am a big believer of the phrase "you are what you eat"! I discovered for myself over the last few years that when I choose to eat fruit, vegetables, and smaller but high in nutrients meals, that I feel so much better than when I choose to either not eat much and live off of coffee (as most of us do), or when I eat a ton of junk food consistently without cooking proper meals. So I love, love, love food that makes you feel great.
