Understanding of each others processes and how they link back to the contractual process at our 14 stations (i.e. NR as landlord and LUL as SFO) - responsibilities need to be clear. How do we improve our comms?

No response when using ASPRO and the numbers supplied do not work in the automatic email.

we are constatntly getting emails re access. when we put in railsys we created an osn that allows access for NR to their areas as a visitor. if the works are not for their area then the process should be to go via infrastructur protection and connor for bakerloo stations.

For LU staff, they need to follow a rule book direction to book on contractors, unless they have railsys numbers and sentinal cards access cannot be granted

Understanding who looks after what is always an issue. Faults get closed because they are seen as ‘not LU’ platforms or faults remain open for months on end despite escalating.

LU requiring NR possessions to work on these sites is a very long, painful process and expensive. We have a revenue share agreement but get very little assistance from NR when we require possessions

Depending upon what the nature of a request is, i.e., the type of work, depends upon what agreement we (at least in Anglia) are permitted to utilise, i.e., the FPSA for project related works, but this excludes anything classed as '3rd Party Works' or 'Services' such as the ongoing provision of access facilitation.

Each agreement unfortunately takes time to right, gain authority, etc.

similarly C2C have the ability to use this but when we want to access at their stations it is a drawn out process including booking in advance (via eamils) this isnt always possible a copy of our liability insurance etc etc. this often proves to be fruitless costing a lot for wasted access

Issues with access to the district line stations west where we share with NWR. Sporadic access granted with last minute cancellations. Large possession costs also. We have a joint responsibility for ensuring the safety of all passengers and a joined up approach with regular meetings and dedictaed points of contacts
