         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The 6 stages to pass are federal bill are:</strong></div><div><strong>The Policy Proposal-</strong> The policy proposal is presented to parliament.</div><div><strong>First Reading-</strong> The policy or bill is read in the House of Commons. The bill is printed.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Second Reading-</strong> The members of parliament debate and vote on the principles of the proposal.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Third Reading- </strong>Members of parliament debate and vote on bill as it has been amended.</div><div>Once the bill has been read 3 times in the House of Commons, it is sent to the Senate for its consideration.</div><div><strong>Royal Assent-&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li>Bill is presented to the Governor General for assent.</li><li>The Governor General may assent the bill in the Queen's name, withhold assent or reserve assent.</li><li>When Bill is given Royal Assent it becomes law.</li></ul><div><strong>In Force- </strong>The bill is law and is put into effect.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>The difference between passing Federal bills and Provincial laws is that provincial laws do not need to be presented to the senator and there is no third reading.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Federal</strong></div><div>Makes are corrects laws for the whole country</div><div><strong>Provincial</strong></div><div>To favour laws and help inquire or look into a change for the laws in a territorial level<br><strong>Territorial<br></strong>Nunavut, Yukon, etc.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Municipal</strong></div><div>Is a community based level of government meant to deal with parks, libraries, water systems, local police forces, roadways and parking. Municipal government fits into the lowest level of government with the lowest amount of say in changes in territorial or federal laws.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
