Wishes for my practice:
• To design and deliver a unit that will enhance the learning experience in a BIG & POWERFUL but succinct (timeline) way
Wishes for my students:
• To leave school each day feeling a sense of growth in big understandings but also in processes of learning . . . if each student could do an exit slip each day having reflected on those two pieces, collecting the data would give each of them the chance to SEE their own growth (not always linear) and feel accomplished
Wishes for our school:
• To create a scope and sequence of concepts AND a list of resources  for each concept that could be used across the grades

-students: take risks -innovate-problem solve-invent -peace makers, change makers, believe nothing is impossible-leadership is to serve and to empower others.
