         <title>Growing up with ADHD, I stayed engaged by constantly raising my hand, speaking up, asking questions, and participating in class discussions. Although this was how I showed engagement and managed myself, not everyone shows up the same way. Engagement can look quiet and individual - something I need to be aware of as a teacher. </title>
