Once the clothes no longer fit they should be donated to charity, in addition, it would be better to buy larger clothes for the children so that they will also fit into the future

When we do we take this thing lightly and without thinking of all the people who do not have that food and would like to have it. It is important to think of these people and already as teenagers try to reduce the waste of food.

1. What is left over can be donated to some association or to people in need, without wasting it and throwing it away.

2. Measure portions so you don't end up with leftovers on the table.

3. When you go grocery shopping, there may happen to be associations at the entrance. Make even a small grocery bill and give it to these associations.
