Although I find the crowd extremely unpleasant but it cannot be helped anyway. As long as everyone, both locals and foreigners, behave decently in public then I have no complains. Basically I am not very concerned about this so I am pretty neutral. And technically immigrants built up the country and sacrificed a lot for themselves anyway so we should treat them with the respect they deserve and honestly I don't see why people discriminate them so much. I guess people just feel afraid to lose their roots? We should not view it in a negative way as there are benefits of having immigrants in singapore . Benefits can include the improvement of singapore's social status and having a wider range of network with other country . Thus , the increase of immigrants in singapore should be viewed as a good opportunity for singapore to grow .
