他の学校とどこが違うか。どのような特徴があるか。Diversity & Inclusionを実現するために、どのような工夫をしているのか。/ How does your school differ from other schools? What kind of characteristics does it have? In order to implement Diversity & Inclusion, what kind of plan will you devise? 

どのような授業や教育活動を展開しているのか？/ What kinds of educational activities will you design?

①全員が、右の項目についてアイディアを考えて書きだし、その項目の近くに貼る。 
②書き終わったら、お互いの案についてそれぞれグループに説明をする。仲間の案を聞きながら、良い案が出ればそれも付け足していく。 
③全ての案が出たら、グループでどれにするか決める。一つ選んでも、複数の案を組み合わせても良い。 

★ポイント: メンバー全員が興味を持てるアイディアを選ぶ／皆の自由なアイディアを歓迎する雰囲気を作る／どのアイディアも価値があるものとして聞く／あまり発言していない人を気遣って何か意見はないか聞く／言語の壁にも配慮する／グループチャレンジを活用する。「リスニング、言語の壁、コミュニケーションスタイル、インクルージョン、ステレオタイプ、視野の拡大」

① Everyone produces ideas, writes them on Post-its and pastes near the items.                                                           
② After writing, each person explains their ideas to the group. As you hear everyone's idea, you can add more ideas.         
③In a group, discuss and decide the ideas for each section. You can choose one idea or combine some ideas.                                                                                   

★Make sure that all the members feel interested and excited about the chosen ideas／Create an atmosphere to WELCOME everyone's ideas／Listen to all the ideas as VALUABLE input／Please CARE about those who speak less and ask if s/he has any ideas／Pay attention to Language barriers／Exercise what you learned in MCW and your Group Challenge!
