A popular meal in spain is called “Gazpacho” Gazpacho originated in the southern region of Andalusia, and it is very popular in the warmer summer months. This cold tomato soup can be served in a bowl or in a glass. Ingredients include tomatoes, onions, garlic, bell peppers, oil and vinegar..Another very well known meal called “Paella” Paella originated on the east coast of Spain, near Valencia. This rice dish is made with chicken, chorizo (sausage) or seafood, plus a delicious medley of vegetables and sometimes mushrooms as well. Paella popularity extends far beyond the east coast – it’s sometimes called the national dish of Spain!
