I also think that because it is just him in the house and also since it is off the grid, he can focus on school more then he probably could in a dorm on Michigan state campus. I love the mountains and that location looks like a good location to mountain bike! I like the modernized look it has with the slightly slanted roof and the black trim on the windows and wire and metal for the gate. The colors match and it overall is a really cool house

It has really nice lights on the sides of the house and it looks like nice metal panels for the sides and for the roofing. I like the hanging lights and the fact that it is built in between two trees. It reminds me of my cousins tree house where we used to hangout and just chill and we kind of made it like a house but it was more like a fort. I really like the idea of living in a small house, one because it looks like a lot less work then a big house would have, and they also look nice! Then for the second reason, I really am a simple person, I always have a routine which is wake up, eat, go to school, workout, do homework, talk to my girl friend, then go to bed. I really just have essentials in my room, clothes, bed, and light. I have more but I don't really do anything with them. Reading all of the peoples posts and comments about what they would change about the house, I could tell that having just a tab bit bigger house would be great and that they have to make a lot of changes if they decide to raise a family.
