Just before opening times, a competing CEO of a company called B&N breaks into your store in order to take your business down once and for all. She has a knife, and the only way to escape her is to either stun her with a box and run, or escape into the toilets. Stock all of the shelves before opening times in order to win.

Box throw mechanic

If you right click while holding a box, it will get thrown. This can be used as a way to move the box or stun the enemy. However, if it is used to stun, the box will be destroyed and you will need to grab another.

Lean Mechanic

If you press and hold Q or R, you can lean to the left and right. This can be used to peek corners and avoid being chased.

Crouch mechanic

Shelf stocking mechanic

When you're holding a box and next to an empty shelf, a bar shows up at the bottom of the screen. Each time you click the bar will go up slightly, once the bar is full the shelf is stocked, you lose your box and the bar disappears.

Dark and gloomy

I want it to be dark and gloomy to show that it is getting late, alongside with making it more intense with the darkness decreasing your view distance. (Can also help improve performance with lower view distance)

The player will run around a B&Q store stocking shelves while avoiding the intruder who is trying to remove any competition for their business. Nearly anywhere in the store is accessible, except for the checkouts, and the female toilets. (There was no need to build the female toilets)

Who you'll play as

You'll play as a new employee who the intruder mistook for the owner of the B&Q shop. The shop is set to open in 2 hours (10 minutes real time). Your role will be to restock the empty shelves, while avoiding the intruder who is trying to kill you to kill competition for their own business.

The idea of working in retail in my game came from Night of the Consumers, which has psychotic customers. But I made only one enemy in my game otherwise it would not be possible with limited stamina.
