1. The army's commander needs to be a good, calm commander and know what to do when in trouble. They cannot always be so reckless and noisy like Edward Braddock was. Create smart and efficient tactics for everyone to follow, for example; organize sneak attacks and make sure they keep the army in control.
2. Study how the French and their allies move, so the army can have a better idea on when and how they fight. 
3. Have a stronger alliance with the Iroquois and have backup plans in case of emergencies and retreats. 
4.
