Answer 1) He should not have released personal info about Matt and Jeff. This can lead to problems on social media, as the personal information has been revealed

Answer 2) I have 2 takes on this question.
Either I would treat him as usual, and try to avoid touching the sensitive information. This way everything would remain calm, and it won’t hurt Matt’s sentiments.
Otherwise, I would treat Matt with sympathy. I would touch the subject, but in a way that is ‘not harmful’. I would also house him for a day or two, as YourPalAl suggested.

Ans 1. Lisa is has chosen a new "goth'' for her picture because she wanted to be a part of her online friends and wants to create an identity similar to her friends online. There is alot of harm in her presenting a different identity because showing a different identity online would result in her online friends not knowing her original identity which would make her a liar in front of her friends

Q2) - They would think that they got catfished . They would not trust her again and will have second thoughts about involving her in their friend group

Q3 ) they might be reacting negatively because they might not like the profile picture it it might be a character from a tv show that they hate or a celebrity that they dislike . no, it is not right for them to react like that because if she saw the response of the trouble w/ty she could have gotten hurt from the inside that she/he called him/her a freak.
