         <description><![CDATA[<div>NO, Because there is mutual consent in every successful transaction between the consumer and the seller, it is not exploitation when businesses make money by selling necessities like computers and soap to those with limited disposable cash.<br>The customer who has limited disposable income has the option of declining to do business with the company if they cannot afford to or do not want to.<br>Because of this, consumers, even those who are impoverished, still have the freedom to make choices. If the stated price is more than the maximum price they can afford, they are not required to spend.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
