Here are some ways that were different than today in the college of Williamsburg. The school was a place for governors until the capital was built but the school was for only boys, and boys had to be teached arithmetic, and wouldn’t learn even science it’s just grammar writing, and reading. All of these ways not only just differ but it’s that girls can’t go to school but what type of name is the wren building. In a matter of fact, the governors could’ve went to a church why ? Finally, my last thing to say is that boys had to be 12-15 years old to go to school which today both girls go to school and boys at ages of 1 year old.

More important people got to sit up close and less important people sat in the back, away from the pulpit. They both had different jobs. House slaves did chores in their owner’s house. And some town slaves worked in places like at Williamsburg as gardeners or coachman. They had to work seven days a week. They lived in rough cabins called slave quarters. Enslaved people had difficult and painful lives. Working long and hard hours. If they fought back they could be killled. Slaves can also be sold being separated from friends and family. They also worked to create strong family ties. They would also sing songs about their anger and pain and hope for freedom.
