The German confederation was formed, but it couldn't resolve the rivalry. Bismarck declared war on Denmark.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Napoleon overran the Spanish government, and Gran Columbia had to govern itself. Bolivar broke away from Gran Columbia Venezuela and tried to take over surrounding countries. Bolivar's army chased people out of South America for decades. He then started fighting with other parts of South America to claim them. Gran Columbia was pretty much how Columbia is now just a bit bigger claiming the surrounding territories. </p>]]></description>
