Managed is a Web App that is also Mobile-Responsive. This means you don't download an app, instead, you simply visit go.managedapp.com.au on any device and enter your login information.

Your property manager will send your an email invitation to create a tenant profile

Hint: if you can't find your invite, check your junk folder just in case

Set a secure password, confirm you have read our T&Cs and click Next

Your default payment method is BPAY/Direct Deposit. This means you use your unique Biller Code and Reference or direct deposit details to pay via your internet banking app. Please refer to your welcome letter or lease agreement for your unique payment details.

Add a very short, succinct title and then as much information about the issue as possible. This will help your Property Manager and any tradesperson identify the problem and a solution as quickly as possible.

Please also let your Property Manager know where the issue is located and click Next

Hint: If it's an appliance, note the brand, serial and model numbers to really streamline things!

Attach some photos of the issue. Submit at least one, but adding 2 or 3 will help your property manager understand the issue.

Set your preferred access times. These cannot be guaranteed but trades will try and accommodate your schedule.

And that's it! Your request is on its way to your property manager for review. You can track the status of your request and even chat with your property manager by clicking on the task.

The Transactions tab is kind of like those old school Tenant Ledgers, except it's much more detailed, interactive and in real time. You can also access your transactions from any device, any time, anywhere without having to contact your Property Manager.

Upcoming & Completed

Payments are broken into two categories, upcoming and completed. Any outstanding or future payments will appear in the Upcoming section so you can see due dates and even pay early if convenient.

All paid items are listed in the Completed section and can be expanded to see the breakdown of the payment

Rental Payments

Rental transactions are labeled as Rent and offer information such as due date (if upcoming), paid date (if completed), the rental period the payment relates to and also the payment method used.

Exporting Payments

You can export your tenant history as PDF or CSV by selecting the lease tab and downloading the preferred format under the heading 'Tenant Ledger Documents'

IMPORTANT: If you make a part payment, the system will not mark outstanding rent is made until it is paid in full. Funds will be held in your tenant wallet until full payment is received.
