1. 分からないことがあったらその場ですぐに聞くようにする。When we cannot understand, we ask as soon as possible.

2. 日本語基準の学生は英語、英語基準の学生は日本語というように反対言語で話す。Japanese-speaking students try to speak more English, while English-speaking students try to  speak more Japanese.

We can actively express our ideas, talk our opinions faster so that we doesn't need to use long time during discussion and meeting will be more effective.
