kids should be treated like an adult because they would still need to go through a speedy trial, and before anyone (any kid) goes to court, they need their parents to be aware.

miranda was convicted of a violent crime but he said that officials didn't read him his rights so they didnt follow it in the 5th ammendment of knowing your rights. and the 6th for having a lawyer.

The 6th amendment was violated by the court. This is because the 6th amendment states that everyone has the right to have someone to defend them in court who knows the rights, laws, and rules of court, even if you can't afford one. He stole drinks and $5 but he wasn't given a lawyer because he couldn't afford one and he wouldn't be charged with a death penalty.
