Two things to think about next time: 
- can we make the prop more YRDSB friendly?  I know that it’s a period piece, so what prop could be switched in to keep the vibe of the character and integrity of the scene? 
- wondering if you could play a little bit with pacing and volume to add some more diversity to the vocalization in the middle.  

Please be careful with articulation of words - especially when your volume is low.  Make sure to fully articulate the project all of the words. Adding more breath to support the low volume phrases will help.

Next steps: 
- can you try to find and heighten the moments where the pause allows the memories of imagery to sink in and when speeding up could get the point across?  The vocal diversity is there in the performance - how can you add more volume (or less) and articulation to bring out your script scoring work?  
- re-look at the part before Oliver Twist - wondering if you could add more emphasis to bring out the message
- language? Sorry...YRDSB...need to find a solution for the language that upholds the integrity of the piece.

Great use of vocal techniques and the close up camera angle works well for your piece. A couple of things to consider- first, who are you speaking to? It seems unclear, but if you commit to a choice it will make your piece stronger. For example, are you talking to a neighbour's kid who finally got to ask you some surfing questions? Are you vlogging and trying to reach thousands? Set the intention and your tactics will become clearer. Second, when you are telling the story of how you encountered a shark, really see that imagery in your mind's eye. If the actor does this, a magical thing happens where the audience can visualize it better too, and that is the heart of storytelling. The vocalization is really strong.  I would suggest not standing but continuing to find vocal dynamics to show how frustrated your character is about the whole situation.
