To achieve my goals, I exchange my knowledge with colleagues in my school, in the schools in my city, in schools across Germany and across Europe. And that is enriching!

Something that nowadays is crucial for my productivity is to have software that allows me to effectively store the information I handle daily, what Tiago Forte calls a second brain.

I like dashboards that collect information such as Padlet, but as it is a paid software I use Lino, Jamboard...

Finally, I would like to improve the look of my notes, currently made in Word, I have to start using more attractive templates.

Learning never stops since new things appear all the time and we must be updated in order to enrich our teaching and keep our students motivated.

I aim to create more cooperative projects and keep in touch with my colleagues from other countries.Plus, I want to create a project ' online speaking club' for my students to improve their speaking skills and use the authentic language.

As For my digital competence, I want to learn AI and use it in my projects and in my teaching environment.

Often we don't even imagine the application of some new technologies but, in the long run, as we get more and more aware and skilled, we discover all their potential and innovative contribute to our didactic approach.

Another area I feel the need to work on is stress management and communication skills in order to be able to identify my students` needs and address them appropriately.

To achieve this goal, I try to make them active eTwinners and make them talk in front os a screen, which seems to be easier for them rather tan doing it standing facing the rest of their classmates. I also try to integrate interactive activities that promote discussion, such as debates, group discussions, and role-playing exercises and use multimedia resources, real-life scenarios, or current events to spark interest and relevance in discussions.

Also, I want to help them to stay safe and use technology in a correct way.

I want to be able to create new content taking all my students and their needs into account.

I would love to collaborate with other countries and start projects with my students and give them the opportunity to learn from others.

I understand the power of using the digital tools in education, but also it is important to foster a whole approach to learning, and to teach students to be responsable when using technologies .

For the past 15 years, I've never stopped learning – taking courses, trying new things, and adapting my lessons based on my students' needs and the latest trends. The future of education is already here! We need to understand that the technology students use every day has changed the way they learn and how they approach information. Our job isn't just to prepare them for a specific path, but to equip them with the skills and adaptability to handle anything life throws their way.

Once again, I think that learning through collaboration is a very powerful approach and thus I try to work on that with my students as well.

I have learnt so much from reading as much as possible on the forum in this course. All this has been very inspiring to see all the energy teachers put into teaching and into improving their skills. It keeps me motivated to keep on learning.

I think my learning needs refer directly to teaching. Students way of understanding world is completely change to the students I used to teach 10 years ago. This makes me feel that I need new approaches and methods to get to my students and to communicate with them in ways that what I tell them can be interesting to them.
