Another important strategy is engaging in regular meditation or exercise, which can help manage stress and maintain emotional balance. I think doing a 30 day self care challenge could be beneficial. By prioritizing these practices, I can ensure that I stay healthy and focused while continuing to serve others effectively in the helping profession.</p>]]></description>
