It’s essential to have good people with pure intentions in this world so people know to do good and to know it’s okay to do good. Superhero’s don’t have to look a certain way. For example, dads can be superheroes, moms, grandmas, and even teachers. Anyone doing good by someone, helping someone, or making the world a better place in some way is considered a superhero. Hard times don't create heroes. A hero is somebody who is selfless, who is generous in spirit, who just tries to give back as much as possible and help people. Heroes make life better for normal people they always help them when they need it. Without heroes the world would be terrible everything would just be a disaster. The only difference between a hero and the villain is that the villain chooses to use that power in a way that is selfish and hurts other people. Heroes love to help people and make them feel happy and feel safe. Villains love to hurt people and make them feel like they are in danger. Without heroes villains would just take over the world and just make people feel unsafe. Somebody who is helping people and making them feel comfortable, safe, and shielded should be considered a hero to you.

For example, firefighters spend hours of their own time to save and rescue people from hazardous situations. Sometimes during those hazardous situations, the firefighters would be injured or die due to the conditions at the situation, like how more than 400 police and firefighters were killed during the September 11 attacks because of smoke and debris, yet rescuers were still trying to help and save people even with all the deaths and injuries. Another major hero is the military troops in the U.S. Many of the military troops stationed away suffer from a lot of things fighting overseas, like losing limbs, dying, or coming back home and suffering from PTSD. Although many troops end up injured in some way, their fighting does not go in vain because the non-fighting people in the U.S will stay safe from any other country that tries to attack the U.S.

He organized a number of peaceful protests as head of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, including the March on Washington in 1963 and he also did many more things that people still talk about till this day. Many people look up to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. , and I am one of them. There are many more heroes that we have in Black History such as Frederick Douglass , Harriet Tubman , and also Rosa Parks. They all played a big chapter in our Black History which makes them heroes.
