         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Adults (21 years old and over) must&nbsp; vote to elect the next President. &nbsp;<br>2. No citizen can possess a gun. Only the policemen can.<br>3. Maximum of four children per family.&nbsp;<br>4. If you do something immoral&nbsp; (crime, ...) you'll be judged in front of a court of law, as fast as possible because your microchip detects immediately immoral actions.&nbsp;<br>5. Everyone has to visit a National Park every month : It keeps the citizens aware of the environment and how nature is important if we want to live.<br>6. Everyone has to do one good action every day.<br>7. Everyone has to have an open mind : Be ready to try new things that might help the world development for the better.<br>8. Everyone has to cherish and treasure their family and always support their decisions and ideas, even if they do not agree.<br>9. Everyone has to treat others like if they lived in a world of 150 people : take care of them, be kind to them, and respect them equally.<br>10. Everyone has to admit when they are wrong and apologize.</div>]]></description>

A person who respects these for his entire life will not have to pay once for his transportation.&nbsp;<br>-Everyone has a microchip injected at birth that tells the government if they do not respect the 10 commandements.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Education is mendatory for children under 19 years old.<br><br>Elementary school, secondary school and CEGEP is 100% paid by the State.<br><br>School starts 9:30 am and ends at 3 pm, where one hour is dedicated to homework, therfore, school is over when they come home.<br><br>The schoolyear is from September to December and February to May. There are two semesters. The students have one month off for the holidays and they have three months off for summer holidays. <br><br>The subjects taught in <strong>elementary school</strong> are mathematics, English, science, art class, history/geography and physical education. <br><br>In <strong>secondary school</strong>, the subjects taught are mathematics, English, chemistry and physics, society class (how the government/politics works, why we pay our taxes...)<br><br>The kids are evaluated on the practical side of their learnings, instead of stuffing their brains with theory they will soon forget.<br><br>The students have to go to cegep for two years and they choose their courses depending on their interests.&nbsp;<br><br>After a cegep degree, people can enter the labor market directly or they can push their education further by going to college.&nbsp;<br><br>College is optional and isn't paid by the state. It is necessary for specific jobs that require more formations.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Everyone decides with everyone, so the living in the state is pleasant. The president and the Governor General help them, but they mostly are a figure of superiority who can confirm legally a project.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>-Why is this so productive, efficient and stable? Because we work with peace, teamwork and equality, so everybody can give his opinion without being jugded. With this type of governement, no one can manifest. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

We have many examples of gods, like&nbsp; Allah, Buddha and God, but the people who put their trust in God's hands for example, don't adhere to christianism. They pray to Him, but they don't respect "No sex before marriage" or "Homosexuality is unorthodox". They respect the society's religion and values. Some people don't even believe in any god&nbsp;and it is free to them.</div>]]></description>
