First, he wants to spend the money for his country "USA" . Second, he wants to use more factories because when the country joined it, the country has to think about stopping the rising of 2 degrees which means they can't operate many factories so that pollution will not come out. I disagree with Trump's decision because he didn't listen or use teamwork with other countries or his own citizens. The President is making his problem other countries responsibility.
