Viral body challenges on social media often promote unrealistic beauty standards and encourage harmful comparisons, making us feel like our bodies aren't good enough. They focus more on appearance than health, which can damage self-esteem over time. To build a healthier self-image, we can control our social media feeds to other things, focus on what our bodies can do rather than how they look, and remind ourselves that real beauty comes in many forms.

No i have not, but we can focus on other things such as academic achieveness and many others other than just our body

We can discourage body negativity by using kind words, celebrating all body types, challenging harmful comments, and promoting health and self-respect over appearance.

1.Amanda Yao, a Chinese plus-size influencer and fashion entrepreneur, challenges traditional beauty standards by confidently embracing her body and promoting vibrant, stylish clothing for larger women. Through her brand Yue Design, she offers colorful, high-end fashion that defies the typical dark, shapeless garments often marketed to plus-size individuals. By openly discussing her weight and sharing images of herself in form-fitting outfits, Yao encourages others to reject body anxiety and embrace self-acceptance. Her approach not only redefines beauty norms but also fosters a community that values authenticity and self-love

Sometimes, it doesent always have to be a negative image of yourself. Representation of diverse body types in media and fashion is crucial because it challenges narrow beauty standards and fosters self-acceptance. When people see bodies like theirs portrayed positively, it validates their experiences and promotes a healthier self-image. Conversely, constant exposure to unrealistic ideals can lead to body dissatisfaction and mental health issues. Inclusive representation helps individuals feel seen and valued, encouraging them to embrace their unique bodies with confidence.

Expressing your individuality through fashion and self-care is about embracing what makes you unique, regardless of size or appearance. Choose clothing that reflects your personality—be it bold colors, vintage finds, or comfy basics—and don't shy away from experimenting with styles that make you feel confident and authentic. Accessorize with items that hold personal meaning, and engage in self-care practices like skincare routines or journaling that nurture your well-being. By focusing on what makes you feel good, you celebrate your identity and foster self-love, showing the world who you are without saying a word.

Viral body challenges sometimes changes the way people think about themselves, whether if its skinny, healthy body or fat people. They would think about negative thoughts when trying out viral body challenges and if they succeed they would think highly of themselves but if they don't, they would feel disappointed, ashamed and start questioning themselves.

Yes, I have felt pressured to change my appearance and especially my face. Whenever I think of my eyebags, I feel a sense of regret inside of me. I would often sleep late at night watching my devices and not taking care of my eyes. I can make a more positive and accepting by being myself and make it habit for me to start sleeping early to prevent my eyebags from getting darker.

I can respond that everyone is perfect in their own ways and there is no such thing as ugly. Not everyone can look the same and that is something unique about humans. If anyone ever say something negative about your appearance, the best thing to do is to ignore them.
