         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.The communication challenge Barry faced is the impact of negative emotion, as Barry faced many setback in his restaurant. For instance, Barry felt upset before he even step into his restaurant and faced his works. On the other hand, Barry also faced the difficulty of differing perception.For example, Barry told his employees to use the thermometer yet without a reason. This causes misunderstanding among Barry and his employees to occur.  <br>2.Barry should try to relax himself and build up some positive attitude before he went to work in his restaurant. This act can resolve the problem of his negative emotion impact his working style.Barry should also explain to his employees why every action should be make in order to persuade his employees to work in such way.<br>3.Barry should demonstrate to his employees the way to prepare food by following the safe food handling practices and also the way of preparing the food without following the safe practice. After this, he should compare the foods and ask his employee to comment on both foods. He can persuade his employee more effectively by letting them to experience the feeling of their customers.</div>]]></description>
