1-Explain the task- Stood up in front of the class with people id just met and discussed my life and things about me with them that id put on a PowerPoint
2-How did this develop your communication skills? It made me not scared of doing it because its like i was thrown in the deep end and had to just get it over and done with and made me understand people
3- What went well? I think people understood me better after and i knew people without actually having a conversation
4- What could you improve? not be as nervous improve my slides

Evidence 2- enrolment
1-Explain the task- i had a discussion with Chris about extended diploma and about my GCSE grades and did a few questionnaires on my phone
2-How did this develop your communication skills? I didn't know him but had to talk to him so it made me good at communication with people who are higher than me and know my tutors
3- What went well? He told me I could get on the extended diploma with how my grades were but I declined it but I thought that went well
4- What could you improve? I could've improved by talking a bit more instead of being quiet

1-Explain the task- When I work I have to interact with the kitchen staff to see when peoples food are done and to see what i can send with delivery drivers if I don't communicate I could mess something up or get confused 
2-How did this develop your communication skills? It developed my communication skills because I know what questions to ask and became more confident in myself to talk to new people 
3- What went well? I then Knew what was happening around me and could do my job better

1- Explain the task- We Did a lot of teamwork building skills in a trip we had, we had a task where we had to team build a raft and our raft was better than the other team because theirs nearly sank because they didn't work together
2- How did this develop your communication skills- It developed my communication skills because we needed to ask people what we needed to do, if we need to help or what to get to build it
3- What went well? The fact we didn't sink went really well because we did everything correct
4- What could you improve? I could've have been more social with the people on my team

1-Explain the task- I have to use teamwork with the kitchen staff and the delivery drivers
2-How did this develop your communication skills? It develops then because I have to ask where everything is for the delivery drivers
3- What went well? I haven't messed up any orders yet
4- What could you improve? I could be a bit more clear and louder and communicate a bit more

1-Explain the task- I attend College on time and show up unless I'm really poorly
2-How did this develop your communication skills? It developed my communication skills because I ring up reception if I'm poorly and tell them what's wrong with me and i message tutors if I'm late
3- What went well? I get positive marks if I get my mum to ring up and authorize my absence
4- What could you improve? I could improve messaging my tutors also if I'm not coming in

1-Explain the task- We sat and had talks with people who had a perspective of crime being placed

3- What went well? I got the answers off the people when I asked questions and widened my knowledge
4- What could you improve? I could've improved by asking more questions

1-Explain the task- When we was doing abseiling the NCS leader was motivating me to do it
