I always have a positive attitude about my work; I accept my failures without blaming others; I try to encourage myself in difficult situations; and I accept criticism and use it to my advantage. 
Weakness 
My faults, I believe, are that I trust easily and can't say no when someone asks for aid, that I have a short temperament that sometimes harms me and that I hesitate, and that I believe everyone lastly time management I'm having trouble with work since I can't seem to finish it in the time allotted. Also, I sometimes do have a hard time managing my time but as soon as I get used to my work that will be no problem.

In my Weaknesses, I tend to get too nervous at some point. I lose too much focus when in that state. And thus, I end up becoming too tense and sensitive. In my strengths on the other hand, I am able to do a lot of tasks efficiently when I'm strictly focused in doing so even when I multitask. I am also a fast learner in whatever task that may need to be done. Being optimistic at the hardest times and time are always my priority, so both are my greatest strength.
