There are now franchising laws in place

 Bad : it is very expensive , you can’t change the product , there is less freedom and there are usually some restrictions 
This works if you want to make a good investment of your money , but don’t want to put in a lot of  time into building your own company, or if you are really into a business, but don’t have a lot of experience.

Bad - costly , high failure rate , and it’s very time consuming
This option is good for someone who has a lot of time and creativity , or someone who has already owned franchises.
