Director and producer Clint Eastwood has portrayed the life behind the sniper and the U.S. military. He wanted to show the reality and struggles that the military force experience and how they fight for the country and bring peace and freedom from the furious evil enemies. The journey of Chris Kyle is shown and he is the best sniper America has ever had who killed 160 targets in the Iraq war.

After using the stun gun once, he is said to be on suicide watch after the incident. Eddie Ray Routh was being helped by Chris Kyle to deal with war-related stress. Mr. Routh has been charged on two counts of murder and is being held on $3m (£1.9m) bail. The shootings occurred on Saturday afternoon at the Rough Creek Lodge range. The gunman then fled in a pick-up truck belonging to one of the victims, local media reported. A hunting guide found the bodies of Kyle and his neighbour, Chad Littlefield.
