Today we learned about communication competence. According to Spitzberg in the booklet this is the ability to interact well with others. We can assess that with the six criteria of Canary and Cody. Today I had a conflict in my private life what had to do with the empathy criterium and the emotion of someone I didn't know. That good thing is we worked it out. In the mosaic I finished the flowers and leaves and started with the bsckground, learned some new techniques and I am proud on the progress.
