• It is the ability to discern the true nature of things and act accordingly.

2. Acquisition through ʿIbādah

• Syarat Wajib (Obligatory Conditions): The person must be Muslim, of sound mind (Berakal), and have reached puberty (Baligh). 

• Syarat Sah (Validity Conditions): These include being pure from impurities, covering the aurat, facing the Kiblat, and ensuring the prayer time has started. 

• Rukun (The 13 Pillars): These range from the Niat (intention) and Takbiratul ihram to the final sitting and the first Salam.
