The fact that the documentary had actual tapes/recordings from the day of 9/11 only added to the eerie and dark tone of video. When the witnesses were interviewed for their opinion their facial expressions and words spoke for the emotional level of the documentary. Also it gave us a look to see what was happening at that moment in the control room, and all the mistakes when the planes were in air. Such as when one person told the fighter jets to go east because there was a plane seconds from the white house but the jets were going north because someone else told them to. Also it showed me how the people on the plane responded and the phone calls from the people that were on the plane. It also was very interesting learning about the plane numbers and how they didn't know where the planes were. This event all though it was VERY devastating moment in time, there was one pro to it, We have evolved in security because of that moment, so in my opinion I feel like we need conflict to evolve. Don't get it twisted, this was a very bad moment and I really care I just dont want anyone to act like I don't care. It was very devastating watching the workers cry and the planes flying threw the towers. I also do find it very crazy that these people dedicate their lives just to terrorise others.
