I liked the poem Fight due to a relatable feeling towards an emotional aspect. This was achieved by describing in detail the struggles of life. They also implied struggles through the use of both repetition and juxtaposition. They make it memorable by standing out as dark. Darkness is implemented with the constant reminder of death and questions with bad answers.

Personally I really enjoyed Carved as I feel that it displayed a lot of emotion in a narrative that was almost story like. I really liked the metaphors such as, "It empty, but yet alive!" "Just like society" This very quickly allows us the reader to understand the topic and the main idea of this poem. The poem had a little bit of a rhyme scheme and flow. I like that the poem gave multiple examples to prove that unlike society their argument and belief is not empty and hollow.

The poem becoming a happy 🤬 was most effective because the writer manipulates our understanding of a 🤬. They use the action of a 🤬 to show the good side to it and how it relates to humans. They used descriptive language to show the contrast of the actions of a 🤬. For example, where they said she spreads her legs to the size of opportunities she creates for her self. That could mean that we should be open to trying and creating new things

My favorite poem was carved as carved explored how social media, culture, mass media, all have changed the way we live. It has carved out what really makes us human and has altered our lives so that we are controlled by media and enthusiasts. Carved compares the social structure to a hollow tree as there is beauty on the outside but lifeless and empty inside. Beauty is an illusion to others and we are easily manipulated. This is why it is my favorite.

I personally did not enjoy the poem breathe. However, I can respect that it is a very well-made poem and is thought through well. I personally do not connect with the topic thus is why I do not feel as attached to it. I like the repetition of the word "Breathe" It constantly refers to the main idea.

In my opinion, I really enjoyed reading the poem breathe and there are several factors why I liked it the most, the main reason it's my favorite is because when I was reading the poem, the beginning was so intense it felt very realistic. The topic of the poem is also very relatable for a lot of students and teenagers out there because they face through so much of what is said in the poem. The poem also mainly focusses on the main perspective of a person and with the rhetorical questions add more realism because these are questions that people actually face throughout their life. You can easily connect with the poem because of the structure the poem is written in. It starts off with "breathe nothing is going to happen unless you allow it." and it ends with " think twice before you criticize, because the smallest insult can have the greatest affect." This shows how the focus has changed throughout the poem, its starts by giving us a trailer and a very suspenseful feeling to what you must do at the end. These are a few reasons as to why Breathe is my favorite, but it's not the most effective.

It goes on about how we are not allowed to be happy 🤬 in our society as we are judged for who we are and that happiness is stripped off us. This idea of the poem is also hard to relate to but its literature was pretty effective.

It shows the influence of social media and gives realistic examples to supports its claim. It gives examples such as, we have become very judgmental, sexualization, gold digging and so on. Why I like this poem is because the issues raised in the text are very relatable and we see it happening in our daily lives

The poem becoming a happy 🤬 was the most effective. This is due to the fact that it is easy to see that the poem is written by someone effected by the negative reaction towards being a 🤬. This way the poem clearly demonstrates loads of emotion something that is easy to spot and feel as a reader. They used lots of adjectives to defend the concept of being a 🤬 and how they just spread their legs to the amount of opportunity's. This vocabulary demonstrates that just like anything else they are just taking the opportunities that come their way.

The poem I like most is "carved." The poem talks about the hypocrisy and emptiness of society and it's very emotional. It presents metaphors which let us better understand the message that the author is trying to convey. Carved also talks about how society's priorities lie in materialistic wealth and price tags and therefore, we have lost sight of what's important such as spirituality etc. This is an influence of social media. The use of language and imagery is also why this is my favourite.

It is a very well written poem and conveys the message with an interesting and unique structure of the phrases, but it did not interest me as much as the other poems did. The topic and each sentence were well written out, but it just did not catch my interest as other poems did. I was understanding the main points in the beginning but as we got to the middle section is when i lost my focus and interest, the rest of the poem kept me engaged through out. i believe the reason why I say this is because of some of the phrases used and the way the poem was structured. The topic is bold, but it is driven in many paths, and it makes us exposed to many perspectives. Even though it was my least favorite it still had very good use of language.

I would say carved is the most effective poem out of the four and it is also my favorite. It is the most effective as there are detailed comparisons and each of its stanzas conveys a separate message but under the same large one. This poem makes references and highlights the many issues of the media we face today. The issues of discrimination, criticism, manipulation, social class, depression, and self-fulfilled ness. It uses questions and different flows to make sure the poem continues its structure and rhythm. This entire poem is amazing and is the most effective.

The least effective poem is "Fight". The poem is well written there is no doubt about that, however, the poem is quite shallow and does not expand on the topic effectively. This makes the message extremely broad and general, this way it's difficult to fully understand the author's feelings, sores, and pains. The author fails to express the reasons for fighting.

The reason why I say Carved is more effective is because it goes in with depth with each phrase. I love the introduction of the poem where it gives a us a scenario to imagine in, who would have thought that We are by a mother's store and we end with talking about carbs and cakes, there is just so many perspectives to look at and has many compares and contrasts of the story. There are also very nice quotes and references here to back up the information and to give real life situations of the story she is talking about. Carved is also quite longer than the poem breathes which lets us explore more in depth.

My mind couldn't process a match between the title and the last content. I liked this poem least because I couldn't find a concrete content.

In my opinion I say Fight is the least effective poem out of all of the poems even though there is some really good references and language used in the poem, I think that the poem is very shallow and is on the surface area, it did not go in much depth as it could have gone. The poem starts talking about an issue but then it ends and goes off to another point. There were many rhetorical questions It states the general issue it is targeting but it's mainly on the surface level and doesn't go to the depth it could have gone too, which restarting it form using more effective language and better situations.

To me the most efective poem is "Becoming A Hppy 🤬", because it illustrate how women need to use their body to get a "dignified" place in the society. It shows how they need to loose the dignity to conquer it. Althought beeing the creator is humilatd, and how despite being the line that connects the world to the peace, she"s always seen as just an object.

My favorite poem was "Fight" because it is somewhat relatable and easy to understand. I found the point of view/perspective of life that the poem portrays quite interesting. By including many questions the poem can interact with the reader and make them more attentive.

The poem was very confusing, almost as if it didn't have structure, so it was hard to understand it. The poem also seems to be directed to a small audience, which most of the readers aren't included in. It looked like there were multiple ideas spread out through the poem, but I believe I didn't get most of them.

I think that the most effective poem was "Breathe" because it is well structured, it uses multiple rhetorical devices, such as rhetorical questions and Anaphora, and it is easy to understand and connect with. The poem slowly builds up a pace/rhythm. It does this by repeating sentences and changing who is saying the sentence while still keeping the same structure. It also uses polysyndeton to reinforce or make the pace stronger and faster.

I literally don't know if anyone advises me to do a good thing, in which he wins, but I've already been advised a lot. life should be enjoyed as much as possible, and I will be here to listen to advice.
Another good thing is that the poem does not use concreteness who provokes this feeling, on the contrary, it speaks in the first person.
