William is a very diligent student, however he occasionally manipulates his fellow peers. In order for him to succeed in the classroom, William is highly encouraged to participate in class discussions, voicing his own opinions, ideas, and solutions; he needs to take initiative in order to be heard. For example, in a Harkness discussion, he gave a very vague response to our questions on conscription: "Not necessarily conscription, but conscription if necessary". His strong public speaking skills would be even more effective if he were to make clearer cut decisions.

William tries very hard, I'd like to see a little more of his work and not so much of his classmates ideas. He does well in taking initiative  but might be described as wishy-washy for example he has trouble taking sides on issues like conscription. Perhaps if he pushed himself a little more he might come up with an original idea.

William has a strong work ethic as seen in his ability to organize meetings and other events. However, he lacks the charisma and decision making skills because he doesn't hold a firm opinion, like when managing the issue of conscription.

William Lyon Mackenzie King is an extremely manipulative student. Although always knowing the answers to questions as well as eager to participate in conversations, I sometimes find that he is reluctant to use his intelligence for good. An instance of this was working on a class project with Hitler, they collaborated together in a way which was not very beneficial to their learning experience and also resulted in multiple arguments. William shows an extreme amount of iniative in class which I wish he would apply more to real life experiences.
