1) I felt it creates capacity for the DO. With this technology:
- The DO does not have to sign multiple files to acknowledge the trainees' attendance.
- If in any case the DO is not in the hub, the IC do not have to hunt around the DO which may possibly delay their rest time.
- Like what boss suggested on having an app to track the attendance, the DO which holds a school mobile phone that provides the DO the flexibility of not being coped up in the hub while still maintaining contactable. Thus, leveraging on the functions of the mobile phone, an app could be create to integrate the scanning system to allow the DO to acknowledge the trainees' attendance on the accessibility of the mobile phone. 

2) I felt It creates capacity for the respective course ICs and the trainees.
- the trainees booking in do not need to hunt the IC to sign the book in/out file. Instead, able to clock their attendance with the comfort of their mobile phone. Certain profiles in the exercise requires an expiry time which the Sim Pilots give in real time
