         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ron started his first Cooki shop which event turned into a Bakery on a piece of land that received extremely high amount of foot traffic. Because of this great resource Ron was able to receive customer purely because they walked past his Cookie Shop.</div>]]></description>

Au Bo Pain had a strong labor force that he was able to lead into greatness. Ron had a knack for being a leader. Which his new labor force he was able to grew Au Bon Pain to 250 locations nationally.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One day One day Ron sold bread to a women who they pulled snariwch me and chesse out of a bag. She sat down at Au Bon Pain and made a sandwich&nbsp;for herself. This gave Ron the inspiration for Panera. He wanted to make a Deli Cafe style restaurant. Where you could go instead and pick up delicious bread or sit down and eat a delicious sandwich.</div>]]></description>

After working for this cookie business which primarily had location in malls he wanted to innovate and put a location on the streets of Boston. Management didn’t agree with the idea. Ron left and decided to become and Entrepreneur.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Once the idea for Panera has been created it was time for new locations to be started. Ron wanted to keep Panera and Au Bon Pain separate. Becuase of this Ron sold&nbsp;Au Bon Pain. He said it was like letting go of a child for him. He had just spend the last 15 years building it to its size.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Now that Panera is created they have started buying outnlocations nationally. Each location serves has its own Bakery. Panera has brought Ron a whole new league of Investors. Beucase of the new Deli Cafe style restaurant more company’s have switched to the deli cafe style. Panera was the first to make this switch and grained many new&nbsp;investors. They opened more locations as well.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ron has grown Panera into an empire since the 90s. He grew old and wanted to settle down. January 1st 2017 Ron decided to step down as&nbsp;CEO of Panera. He says there still isn’t a day where he doesn’t stress or think about Panera.</div>]]></description>
