The activities that i did on my first day is i being introduce to the manager which is Mr.Azuan and his assistant is Mr.Afif. I being guide by miss Azue and learned to do the work at the resort. The work that i did is housekeeping and clean a room. Other than that i also work at the kitchen where they usually prepared a food for the customer. Do a dishes and mopping the floor. More over, i also follow Mak Dah who is in charge in cleaning to do some cleaning around the resort which is  sweeping the dry leaf and put out the rubbish . After that, i clean the reception room and staff room. Grab opportunity to learn management from Mr.Azuan on how to manage the record of customer who check in and check out from the resort. Other than that, started to clean bbq place of all 7 of them and infront of the bbq place is the beach that give a great view and make me forget my fatigue. Other experience is i got my change to guide our customer around the resort and show them the facility that this resort serves. For example,room for stayover night,swimming pool, bbq place,mosque,public toilet,hall for seminar, volleyball court and netball court. Other than that, i have to memorized the position of each room in order for me to give a direction to the customer who come to Permai Resort. It actually take time to memorized all 40 room but i try my best to show my hardwork and i also get help from miss Azue whose in charge to guide me in doing this training for SIEP. I also help in the kitchen like organised a dishes for customer who take a package that include lunch and dinner. Customer who usually take a package for lunch and dinner is a school trip and also an event like Family Day. Lesson that i get from working here is we should never choose what job that we want to do. We should try everything to learn a new things. The task is easy but tiring when you have to check like 20 room and I’m doing it together with miss Azue. For room checking, I have to pay attention on the bed, toilet and the smell. I have to make sure that the room equiped with the facility like towel, toiletries and others. After that, I help Mr Ahmad clean a swimming pool and it give me a new experience because it was first time doing that job. He teach me on how to use a vacuum in water and show me some facility that Permai Resort & Resthouse provided besides the swimming pool. For example, changing room, toilet and different kind of pool float for children. We had to make sure that all the garbage have being thrown away before the customer use the bbq place. Other than that, we also had to sweep all the dry leaf that drops especially infront  of the guest room. After that, another task that I get is to clean the dining hall and prepared for lunch where student from SMK Kubang Kerian 3 will have lunch here at Permai Resort & Resthouse. They take a package which is for 2 days and 1 night include lunch and dinner.
