         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>In some cultures, teamwork is highly collaborative, while in others, individual contributions are emphasized. What would motivate you most strongly to work in the field of your study? Which of these, if any are related to your personality? Which are related to your culture? Explain in your own words. </p><p>I am passionate about living organism because all the incredible process, and the precisive pathways, which never stop while they are alive. I appreciate the miracle of life, which drive me to study science subjects. I consider  myself curios, it potentially guide me through the Biotechnology diploma. Although culture do not push me to sciences, my parents exposed me to nature. The natural environment trigger my curiosity for pursuing a biotechnology career. </p><p><br/></p></li></ol>]]></description>
