This could be a self-portrait, not through resemblance but through intervention. Classical busts traditionally represent idealized human forms. But introducing organic stain across the head, the work disrupts this ideal. It introduces vulnerability, imperfection, and the possibility of decay.

I'm interested in the COIL because I think that it would be fun to work with other people around the world to create art. I've never been in a collaborate project as big as this one before, so I'm open to whatever will hit us all in the face when we get there.

I am interested in the coil project because I want to get to know more about different types of cultures and what other people believe in. 

Meals like this remind me how food can bring a sense of comfort and happiness, especially when you take the time to slow down and enjoy it. Breakfast has always been one of my favorite meals because it feels like a fresh beginning. This moment represents more than just eating it’s about enjoying the little things and appreciating a good meal that makes the day feel better right from the start.

Riding taught me things that no classroom ever could. It shaped my discipline, my patience, and my resilience. Every time I got on a horse, I learned to communicate without words, to stay calm under pressure, and to trust.

Through equestrian sport, I grew mentally stronger.

I’m interested in participating in coil because I will meet new people, and we will create something interesting, I think that know people from different parts of the world is amazing, and really interesting, I’m sure I will learn a lot of new stuff.

I included some pictures of myself because it’s also a simple way to show who I am. I also added a photo where I’m cooking pasta with some friends because I enjoy cooking and learning new things.

In one of the images I’m playing Roblox with a friend. I like video games in general, and it’s one of the ways I usually have fun with my friends.

I also included my top 4 favorite movies because I really enjoy watching films. I’m not a professional when it comes to analyzing them, but I think I give pretty good recommendations.

Lastly, I added a song from my favorite artist and a photo of my dog because animals are an important part of my life.

Overall, I’m interested in participating in the COIL project because I would like to meet people from other places and hear different perspectives.

I am super excited to work on this COIL project because it allows us to work with people from different backgrounds, and despite the geographical difference, we can all put our creative input together and create something unique and special to us!

I decided to make this little collages because the truth is that in a photo they are the photograph. At least I can't express many things but well, I think that in general these photos say many things about me in an image they look like cookies and brownies because the truth is that I love cooking I love making desserts and things like that in another image I appear I'm traveling because I love traveling but it's one of my biggest hobbies in life I still love spending time with my friends and family. I love going out I do like many things anyway in one of these photos there's a horse because I really like riding it's a great hobby for me at least and well I think that's like everything in general.

I'm a bit of a geek in my tastes; I play all kinds of video games, and I love music in all its genres! If you have a good playlist for studying or drawing don't be ashamed to share it! My name is Diego and I chose this picture because I think it represents me very well, I am a singer and student in Tecnológico de Monterrey and since I was very little my passion is to sing, I dream of becoming a famous artist, I like classic Mexican singers like José José or Luis Miguel, of course artists like Frank Sinatra can´t be left out, bands like the Electric Light Orchestra, Earth, Wind & Fire, Bee Gees and Village people are some of my favorites. Besides the singing part I had made 6 or 7 musicals and some other concerts.
