Jess and Thomas both give great tips on how to manage school stress. Tips given in this video include to manage your time wisely. That is a great tip because if you manage your time wisely, then you would not be stressed out by school. I found a Huff Post article that also gives very great tips on how to cope with stress. One of those tips are to take assignments one baby step at a time. The article can be found below!

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/02/27/academic-pressure-5-tips-_n_2774106.html

Sleep Schedules v.s. Staying Up Late

Sure you may want to have a fun night out and party, but you have to think of your priorities. Do you have any classes tomorrow? The answer is most likely yes. Do you have anything big going on tomorrow? You are most likely gonna say yes to that as well. School should be your #1 priority and you should not stay up late. The article below goes well with the video because it shows the risk factors behind staying up late. It is a great read and has great insights from professionals.

https://sites.imsa.edu/acronym/2016/05/24/sleeping-early-vs-staying-up-late-is-it-worth-the-risk/

How to Exercise More as a Student

It is good to stay healthy in college because you want to try and avoid Freshmen 15 at all cost. Thomas does a great job in describing great tips on how to have a workout routine/schedule to follow each week. A lot of colleges already have wellness centers where you can use the gym equipment since it is included with your tuition. If your college does not have one, he recommends finding an apartment complex with a gym so you can use the gym when you want to. You can use the gym during the evening time, as well as during the weekend.
