<title>Five Essential Skills to Being Restorative by Deborah Cleveland</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/dcleveland5/lp9xy8l6qnd1bcme</link>
<description>In Building a Trauma Informed Restorative School (Chapters 4-9), you read about the 5 Essential Skills to Being Restorative. The book points out that while being restorative is more about &quot;who to be&quot;, there are skill sets needed as well. To help us get a better understanding of what these skills look like in practice, we are going to create a padlet of different examples. First find an example of one of the skills. Identify which skill it best illustrates. Click the &quot;+&quot; sign under that column. On the note include: name of the resource, brief explanation of how it connects to the skill, and your name. Click on the link icon and paste the web address. See Example under the column &quot; The Art of Asking Questions&quot;: Restorative Justice in schools: SEL in Action.</description>
