Usher need very clear what should they do and which venue they are going. While waiting other group, can find some topic for participant to chat…Or else they would play their phone and be very quiet

Why participants are leaving after dinner? Cuz they want free food only?

We can find some ways to avoid people leaving after dinner session or during activities session. How to let them join out full event?

I think we had some problem with moving around due to the games being in different levels. I feel like if it was on the same floor, it would have gone a bit smoother. Maybe something like last time? Cause I think the new comer will be able to bond when they play games. 😓
