My favorite mechanical engineering machine is bench grinder. A bench grinder can be used to grind, cut or shape metal. You can use the machine to grind down sharp edges or smooth burrs off metal. You can also use a bench grinder to sharpen metal pieces. There are 4 steps to use this machine. Firstly, make sure the grinder is tightly secured to the bench. Secondly, check that the tool rest is in place on the grinder. The tool rest is where the metal item will rest as you grind it. The rest should be secured in place so there is a 1/8 inch (3 mm) space between it and the grinding wheel. Thirdly, clear the area around the grinder of objects and debris. There should be enough space to easily push the piece of metal you are working with back and forth on the grinder. Finally, fill a pot or bucket with water and place it near the metal grinder so you can cool off any metal that gets too hot while you grind it.

The third negative aspect is that it takes lots of time to learn how to navigate the software. In conclusion, Solid Works 2018 is a relatively low cost advanced CAD program.

I would like to report what happened in the incident of Voldemort. In the drilling workshop, there is an electricity accident. A person is injured, he is Voldemort. He has worked as a machinist for 5 months in the number 3 workshop - the drilling workshop. On the March 31th, at 8:30 am, he got an electricity shock while he was working. He touched a broken wire. The causes of accident are that he didn’t wear the gloves and he didn’t check the cord or the electricity cables. To avoid it in the futures, I think we should create a company handbook listing out all safety rules related to drilling in the workplace.

As a mechanical engineer, I should not only care about my job but also try to help save the environment. Here are what I can do to protect our planet. First and foremost, I need to save water and electricity by turning off when not using. Secondly, I shouldn’t throw the trash into the environment, we should pick up the trash. Thirdly, I shoud use the public transport instead of my own vehicle. Besides, in my job, I can do some seminars in rurals areas and rural schools about the use clean fuel and avoid cutting down the trees for the cooking fuels.
