         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I didnt notice any major changes in exercises execpt for the Pushups, Burpees, Plank and the 30 ft Dash. When doing the exercises that required me to hold myself up (pushup, plank, burpee) I noticed a significant loss of stability due to having only one arm to support 160 lbs which put a lot more weight on my tricep shoulder and chest. When I did the 30ft dash it felt normal for the most part expect for not being able to stride with my right arm, but I dont think that would be to hard of an obstacle to overcome.<br>2. An althetic trainer could use this information to come up with exercies to help the althete build up stregnth without compromising muscle stability which could lead to further injury. If I was trying to do a one armed pushup I would probably do more dumbell presses until I got up to 160lbs and then try it again. But overall as an althetic trainer I would just recomend listening to your athlete and figuring out what works for them and what would help them through the recovery the best.<br>3. I realized how werid and how big of a change it would be to really lose a limb becuase everything (even if done normally) still feels strange and foreign).</div>]]></description>
