         <description><![CDATA[<div>Recognition of a good job by an individual within the team should highlighted within the team.<br>We should create time for individual celebration within the team.<br>In townhall meetings there is no recognition for EU regulatory team for what we have contributed to Teva.<br>Team work is important as this is what get the work done fast and effectively.<br>We should use stars more often for recognition.<br>Salaries offered in Teva are not competitive enough, this should be improved as this is a rewarding way to keep fantastic employees</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The lack of clear process in some cases it's therefore not clear what's required of the employee. <br>There is no stare guideline in decision making during work.<br>Goals from the upper management set on EC are not clear enough.<br>If a goal is not applicable for an individual why should the employee needs to fulfil or include the goal in EC. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teva's approach to insisting on working from the UK during the pandemic. Seems unreasonable for those employees from EU and ROW. <br>A number-scale rating would give you a better sense of engagement.<br>Understand that some communications follow suit to government decisions, however perhaps some Teva position on this would help employees plan the remainder of the year. <br>This trend is not solely linked to the pandemic as this has been an area that scored low in 2019. Other underlying factors to this. <br>Linked to amount of work that is expected of us, employees feel that there is an impact to the  work life balance.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Processes inefficient. A lot of the time in meetings is spent on the process rather than resolving the actual issue. <br>Other functional experts have an over-reliance on RA, arranging meetings such as PSG, can be time-consuming. <br>Participants come to meetings unprepared. <br>Some meetings have far too many participants, therefore leads to unproductivity. Is it necessary to have 5 RA representatives in a meeting. <br>It depends on what the issue is , collaboration is fine. If its an issue out of norm, no-one takes ownership. <br>Too many silos despite the emphasis on One Teva. Often dependencies on RA to find solutions. <br>More clear specific direction required from management. </div>]]></description>
