         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think I reached an achievement of 5 because I was still a bit hesitant before taking off/jumping off the black line. One strength I had was that I landed with two feet, but my weakness was I had to be more confident with my steps (not hesitant). I can improve my area of weakness by practicing my jumps more and timing my steps with the time to jump.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>( 5  SCORE) </p><p>Strength: I think that I had good form and i used my arms to wing and I also ran a good distance, and I took off with one leg and landed with two.</p><p>Weakness: I think my weakness was also my form, I think my landing should be better since I also stumbled when I landed.</p><p>How to overcome: I can overcome this by practicing my landing form.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think I achieved a level of 5 because I didn't really swing my arms and I slowed down near the point where I was supposed to jump. One of my strengths is that I landed the proper way which is with 2 feet. One of my weaknesses is that I slowed down before I was going to jump. I can improve my weakness by practicing more.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Weakness : I think the weaknesses I have is that the landing I didn't stand like stay in the spot, but instead I land in the spot a while and I didn't balance and almost fall.</p><p>Strength : The strength I got is probably the running. </p><p>Improvement : The improvement I need is to land and balance in the spot of the landing, and I want to jump before the line, because last time I jump over the line.</p><p>The score I think I'm able to get is at least 4 to pass but I think if I can do it better I probably can get at least 6 or 7.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>For the run-up, my speed was around 70%-90%, so the level for that was around level 5-6. </p></li><li><p>My hips did not strive that much, i did occasionally steps on the board, and there are some hesitant steps, so the level is around level 3-4. </p><p><br/></p></li><li><p>My legs are lifted upwards, My hands are reached forward a little, and my legs are spread far, so this level is probably level 3-4. </p></li><li><p>I landed on both of my feet most of the time and some sand was pushed away, so level 5-6</p></li><li><p>My strengths were that I was able to run fast before the jump and I was able to land with both of my feet. This is my strength because it was the strongest point of my long jump. </p></li><li><p>My weaknesses was that I wasnt able to jump far enough because my form was wrong when I jumped so next time I should be able to use my foot properly when I jump and make an arc in the air. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I ran fast but believe i can run faster during a run up. During the take off i still run and jump during the black box, so next during the summative i want to improve and jump before the black box thus i could get a higher score. Moreover during landing, i could land both feet to get better grip. Those are the weakness i found, overall i think they have strengths but could be improved one way and somehow the weaknesses could help.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>For the Run up, my achievement is to get 5-6 as I used between 70 - 90% of maximum speed prior to take off.</p></li><li><p>For the Take off, my achievement is to get 7-8 as I counted steps to allow maximum speed without having to slow down or hesitate before take off, consistently steps on the plank, after jumping, immediately strive hips forward preparing hands to move back.</p></li><li><p>For the Flight, my achievement is to get 5-6 as my hips are occasionally strived forward, allowing the arms to get involved to not gain distance, hands reach forward to help prepare for the landing stage, and my legs are moved next to each other but they only move upwards in the flight phase (hips not strived forward).</p></li><li><p>For the Landing, my achievement is to get 7-8 as I consistently landed with both feet reaching forward to gain maximum distance, the sand is pushed away by the force of the speed, allowing for occasional finishing on a seated position, arms forwards, not behind.</p></li></ul><p>  - I choose my strength as stepping on the line, and also landed with both feet, because it effects the landing to push the sand with the force. My weakness as my running, because of the slowness of my run, my landing pushes the sand just a little bit. I would improve my running by jogging every week and to not stop jogging until I'm very tired.</p>]]></description>

The landing is bad, because i landed on one leg and does not have a smooth landing, my mid air is not that good because i did not move my arm and feet.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Stage 1: Run Up</p><p>5, this is because I got a pretty fast speed during my run up, to make sure I had enough start up to jump long. But, I wished I had gone further back so I can get more speed.</p><p><br/></p><p>Stage 2: Takeoff</p><p>4, although I jumped pretty high, I took some hesitant steps which affected my performance.</p><p><br/></p><p>Stage 3: Flight</p><p>5, because my hips were forward and hands were prepared for the landing but I should of paid attention to the form more.</p><p><br/></p><p>Stage 4: Landing</p><p>5, I managed to land with both feet with some sand pushed away under my feet.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Strengths: I was able to jump pretty far from the board with one leg and landed with two legs.</p><p><br/></p><p>Weakness: I didn't use my hands which is required for a good technique. I picked this as my weakness because in the video,  it's obvious that I didn't do it well in this part. Next time, I will pay attention to my form more to ensure I do what is correct. This well help me improve.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I demonstrate great technique in jumping i could take off well without going over the line and i also had very good jump that kept me in the air and made me have a great jump since i could stay high in the sky and at last i landed very perfectly in the sand getting a very reasonable grade that i approve.</p>]]></description>
